CRAY CAREER PROGRAM
The CRAY Career Coaching Program is a 12 week pathway that helps individuals gain clarity about their strengths, prepare for the workplace, pursue career training, and build a stable future.
Participants move through the four steps of C.R.A.Y. which stand for Clarity, Readiness, Advancement, and Your Future, each designed to guide them toward meaningful employment and renewed purpose.
Through coaching, practical preparation, and scholarship opportunities, the program helps participants turn hope into a clear plan for a sustainable career.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The CRAY Scholarship Program is designed to provide hope for a future by creating access to education and career pathways for individuals overcoming hardship, life challenges, or difficult circumstances.
These scholarships are focused on practical, life-changing opportunities such as trade schools, certifications, and skill-based training that lead directly to meaningful work and long-term stability.
Through financial support and intentional guidance, the program helps remove barriers and open doors to a future filled with purpose, confidence, and direction.

Faith Anchoring
The CRAY Faith Anchoring Support Program exists to walk alongside individuals as they rebuild their lives by strengthening their relationship with God and surrounding them with a supportive community.
Through access to Bibles, life groups, local churches, and faith-centered mentorship, we help create an environment where people can grow spiritually, find encouragement, and experience true transformation.
We believe lasting change starts from within, and a strong spiritual foundation brings hope, healing, and direction for the future.
Through connection, discipleship, and community, this program helps individuals rediscover their identity in Christ and step forward with renewed purpose.
