The CRAY Foundation's mission is to lift individuals out of hardship and into hope by providing the support, resources, and opportunities needed to rebuild their lives.
We are committed to helping people discover their identity, pursue meaningful work, and live out God’s purpose with confidence and direction.

Our vision is a world where every individual rises above their past, discovers their identity in God, and lives with a renewed hope for a future.
WHO WE ARE
The CRAY Foundation is a faith-centered organization committed to helping individuals rise above hardship and step into a future filled with hope.
We were created from a deep belief that no one is defined by their past. Every person has value, purpose, and the ability to rebuild their life. At CRAY, we walk alongside individuals as they rediscover who they are and begin moving forward with confidence.
We provide support, resources, and opportunities for individuals who are ready to rebuild their lives and move toward something greater.
Through scholarships, recovery support, education, and career-focused initiatives like CRAY Careers, we help create real pathways forward. Our focus is on equipping people with what they need to stand back up, move forward, and build a life they’re proud of.

We meet people where they are and walk with them step by step.
We combine practical support with personal encouragement, creating an environment where growth is possible and sustainable. From access to education and training, to mentorship, to community support, everything we do is designed to help individuals gain confidence, develop skills, and take meaningful steps forward.
We believe real transformation happens through consistency, connection, and a clear path forward.
We do this because we’ve lived it.
We have experienced hardship, loss, and the reality of walking alongside family members and friends as they fought to overcome their own challenges.
We’ve seen the pain, the setbacks, and the moments where hope felt out of reach. We’ve also seen what can happen when someone is supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to rise again.
We believe in people because we’ve watched lives be rebuilt. We believe in hope because we’ve needed it ourselves. And we believe in God’s purpose for every life, no matter the past.
This is more than a mission to us. It’s personal. It’s a calling to serve, to love, and to help others rise into who they were created to be.

Cray Leaders
The CRAY Foundation is led by Chastity Davenport, Daniel Davenport, and Alicia Casteel, three individuals united by a shared calling to spread the love of God through service, compassion, and action.
Together, they believe we rise by lifting others and remain grounded in a simple truth: everything we do is for the one.
Because if one life is changed, one heart is restored, or one person finds hope for a future, it is all worth it.
